I started at Thermo-Tite by selling and installing windows. During these years I learned firsthand the value of listening rather than "selling," being reliable, keeping a promise and offering only quality windows. 16 years later, I haven't forgotten these lessons.

I don't permit any "hard selling," all our installers are factory trained, and we never make a promise we can't keep! We not only warranty all our windows and doors, under normal use, we warranty the installation.
